i'm trying to purchase Prophecies from the online gamestore. everything is fine until i hit purchase and then it says: could not pass risk management assessment. does anyone know why this happens?

im having the same problem with factions, i tried buying gwen and factions at the same time and it wouldn't let me. so i tried just gwen and it worked fine. then i tried just factions with the exact same info and i got that error message. neither plaync nor gw.com has any support info on it, or real support at all.
