Divinity Coast Bonus Problems
MMSDome
In Divinity Coast why dont the Chosen villagers follow us to the end? We saved them all and they were all on our bar but they did not follow us. Total crap to go all the way through and not get credit.
Malice Black
That is the worse bonus in any game. Too random for my liking.
CyberMesh0
I second that, you REALLY have to babysit those buggers.
FireFox
did you talk to the guy or walk them to the shrine?
Molock
I despise the bonus for that mission.. In fact I think that it was the bonus that gave me the most trouble when trying to obtain protector...
MMSDome
yes i talked to all of them more then once and i talked to the lionguard at the end. The villagers just dont follow.
housecalls
They changed the mission so that they appeared on your party list as soon as they are on the radar but you still have to have the EYE go over to them before they follow you.
MMSDome
ok doing it again and now they follow. Before i did have the eye go over them though and they didnt follow so I dont get it, this mission has a mind of its own.

What he said. You didn't find them, apparently.

obviously i did since they were all in my party list and I had gone to all of them and talked to them :|

Did you neglect to kill the spirit that the ranger boss summons in the swamp? They consider it as aggressive towards themselves and won't go past it till it dies.

I'm going back over Tyria with my rit and I'm so pissed about getting there and doing it, it's so stupid and random. You've got to have like a group of friends. The pugs you always try to get to do it never want to heal or stay together in a group.
cosyfiep
I got credit for them as long as you 'eyed' them (and was pretty thankful that they got stuck on one of the spirits as they didnt have a chance to die then).
Have since done it on another 3 characters and one of the chosen always seems to get stuck somewhere, but in all three instances I got credit for completing the bonus.

perhaps its a bug , it happened to me when i did it and we had to restart but then we went slowly and they followed us to the end
Lord Sojar
I think it is because you didn't offer them cookies. I offered them Macadamia nut white chocolate chunk cookies fresh from the oven; they would have followed me into a pit of 16 molar sulfuric acid.

They may have been stuck on something.
I was doing the quest to escort Vabbian nobles in the bog last night on a new character and at one point I noticed they all went grey in my party window. I had to back track through about a fourth of the zone before I found them - walking towards me, but obviously something had happened.
Something similar happened recently elsewhere on another toon - and when I back tracked on that one, I saw my escortees stuck on a tree. Can't recall where that was though.
I suggest that when escorting, count them and check to see they're all with you regularly.

I think it's the easiest prophecies bonus to date. It's shit if you're doing it with other players, since people tend to run around like chooks with their heads cut off because they dont' know where to find them, and people have a tendency of not following... *grrrr* The other annoying this is, if the team splits up, the eye won't follow, so everyone needs to play together. In conclusion, if you have heroes, solo this mission. Players are too hard to deal with in this close of a team...
If you don't have heroes just PM me in game (Illyria Fae or Morrigan Fae mostly atm) and I'll come help you out with mine.

You have to repeatedly speak to them until they follow.
If there are multiple humans, have everyone speak to them.
The 2nd guy(right after the bridge) is usually the one that does not follow. Keep an eye on your Allies list and see if there are any Villager greyed out.

Yes, NPC go a bit wonky when you are too far from them. This is especially so for missions with a time crisis (i am talking to you Vizunah Square!), and players tend to rush ahead.
I have had the whole NPC Foreign Party leave me and run back to the starting section of Foreign. :O
