Is profanity actually against ToS?

I just received a 3-day ban for using racial slurs. Thinking about it, I didn't specifically harass one person in the last week. Put simply, all I did was to call an opposing GvG team negroes (though you may imagine I used a less polite term)

Either way, I thought to myself that just saying that can't be a bannable offense. I didn't read the Guild Wars Terms of Service word for word, is there a section that designates racial slurs as a bannable offense?

Even if there is, I think to myself that it can't be A-Net's job to keep GW players from hearing racial slurs. The Ignore List is there for a reason.

Yeah, I've been threatened to get banned for using the exact same word during abing. I haven't read The Terms either but I'm assume that if they screenshot if, you'll get banned.

3 days is a small ban for something unacceptable like that. Be glad it wasn't longer, and learn how to live in a civilized world.

Getting fined (or in a lawsuit?) just for using a racial slur is retarded, and I doubt it would happen (as a legal punishment that is; I suppose organizations may hand out punishments like that, such as the NFL etc. to keep their image up)

Using racial slurs is, however, vastly more retarded, especially doing so and expecting not to get banned. Idiot.

Claiming you should be able to use the n-word because there's an Ignore list sounds like trolling to me.
