Solo UW:Obsidian Behemoths/Charged Blackness
This is for all those crazy 55 Necros who enjoy soloing UW and doing Smite runs. This guide will run you through most of the UW after your Smite run is complete. If you'll notice I screened this run in Normal Mode.I normally don't go solo in UW in HM,it really frustrates me sometimes and I do this for fun.Although I have run in HM.Its really just something to do.
So all you'll need is your typical setup for a 55,and your UW build.I run the old school KCP build when I do this.My build is very simple HB,PS,SS,Suffering,
Essence Bond,Balts and Mending.Honestly if you aren't comfortable soloing UW then I wouldnt attempt this.I would highly recommend bring a +1 Curses offhand to give you a little extra juice.
NOTE:this run will NOT make you rich, lots of gold though, and collecting Burrower jaws really adds up over time. This is for sport and fun.Very decent drops occur sometimes though.
The quick facts about doing this run:
1) You can not maintain enchantments, they must be dropped.
2) Walls are your friend.
3) Traps are abundant, don't immediately rush in for the loot!!
4) Charged Blackness , back to 55, it's the easiest way.
5) If you are impatient , you wont like this...theres alot to kill..and it takes time.
I'm not going to go in depth with the build and skills setup, there are posts detailing the spells, their uses and whatnot..I'm already assuming anyone checking this out has a basic understanding for solo UW...that said.
So here you are, all done your smite run...time to run back and rampage through some Behemoths..Youre going to see the first group all bunched up in a doorway.

All you need to do is drop your enchantments,(meaning Mending,Essence and Balts),swap to a +1 Curses offhand,I find Fondalzs works nice. The +30hp is a bonus. With the ranged attacks the Behemoths use , 135 hp coupled with Prot Spirit allow for a few hits to be taken relatively safely in case you need to pop out a little for a spell cast.
Walk up to the wall beside the group of Behemoths and select the nearest Behemoth.(with the use of Natures Renewal, your spells may take longer depending on if it is active so targeting the closest enemy allows you to constantly have SS running.)Cast SS and select the next closest Behemoth, cast Suffering if you want, and when SS recharges, cast
on that enemy,(if theres 3 in a group I'd suggest just toggle between the closest and second closest Behemoth.) Keep recasting and cycling and let the Behemoths do all the work.

The next three groups are easily handled,First position yourself at the corner of the wall for the next group and cycle through them, Second group requires you to run right up to the wall underneath them and cast from there,Third is to run just below this group to stay out of harms way and cast from below.

Next is the First group of Charged Blackness.Re-apply your enchants and swap your weapon set for your Cesta. They will cause knockdown,it's not that often, almost as much as Savage Slash, so its very managable..they don't rush and mob you,so try holding off on SS until you're sure you can get the area effect, really pretty easy.Kill em.

Drop your enchants, swap back to +1/+30 , now from facing the Charged Blackness, turn around and you'll see a mob of 3 or 4 more Behemoths.I've dropped a Staff to indicate where you'll want to run to in order to start casting.Theres Charged Blackness off to your right, just leave them, they'll come down in a sec.If this seems a little cramped then cast PS on you , it'll still do its job.

Next you'll want to head left and you'll see a gaggle of Behemoths.Target the middle mob and run directly under them, (make sure you keep an eye to the right, the Charged Blackness will make their way down to a certain point and stop.)You can take the rest of those Behemoths out if you want. The Charged Blackness are next.Swap back to Cesta and Enchants and run right into the Charged Blackness. You shouldnt have to worry about Natures Renewal,if by any chance it is active just wait until it runs out.(As a side note, you can actually only have Mending and Essence Bond active and still solo these guys.)..kill them.

Next is the bridged area..First group is easily managed by wall block. The group on the other side of the bridge is easy as well...just throw PS and HB up and run past them, theres a little hidey hole you can duck into and kill them from behind.

Next youre going to want to run past the next 2 mobs..shown in the screenshot..you can see you'll want to head left and run past the 2 groups of Behemoths and directly under the third is where you'll stop.Kill them. You can stop where I've shown in the screenshot and maybe depending on the spawn try and take that mob down, but otherwise just run underneath the small group ahead and kill them.

Next wall block the first group of Behemoths and kill them, standing where I'm positioned. The group after this you'll want to run past by applying PS and HB briefly and running up to the little nook I'm standing in.Kill them.

The next 2 are a rinse and repeat of the wall blocking technique..kill these two groups by avoiding the attacks and move onto the last gaggle of Behemoths/Charged Blackness.
These last groups are fairly easy, just use wall blocking to kill off the nearest Behemoths, (this allows you to clear and area to safely pull Charged Blackness away and out of Natures Renewals effect), put enchants back up and swap to the cesta and wand the Charged Blackness out..

The last to Behemoths left here are weird..that rather big group sitting in the open can be avoided and run past..as well as the one behind them in the doorway..run to the point I'm at in the screen shot and kill that last group of Behemoths.

You will now be able to jump on a Banished Dreamrider..and ride..to Valhalla!!

Lets buff this up a little,if you want to clear all this, might I suggest you try this..
Just send your heros,(pick any 3 you want I guess),into the nest of Aatxes at the very beginning and let them die.Solo everything you want and then return and rez them with a scroll..helpful vs Banished/Terrorwebs and whatnot...if you want to do this maybe bring a second set of armor,(I always carry 2 sets) with higher hp etc.
