GWEN Titles

If someone has asked this question in another thread, I am sorry that this may be a duplicate .

I would like to know that once you reach Rank8 in the gwen titles ranks, how many points do you get for handing in the hard mode books to the selected Rep Guy.

I know that you only get 150 rep points for each Primary Quest in HM and dungeon in HM if you have already done them before.

I would also like to know if it is true that all you have to do is 3 primaries in HM and pay Xgold to have the book filled in.
