That would cause me to leave GW:2.

I hope the micropayments idea never corrupts its way into any form of Guild Wars. Worst thing ever for online gaming.

Some of Utopio did see the light of day, just as Mordakai said, Assuran areas are infact from Utopia.
There is a concept art in the PC Gamer GW special that shows floating rocks and the caption says its from the cancelled project, Utopia and you can see the same rocks in Assuran lands.
