Spending attribute points.

I currently use an Axe for PVP and a Sword for PVE someone recomended to me that my attributes shud go like this...

STR 8 + 1
Swordmanship/Axe mastery 12 + 1 + 1
Tactics 10 + 1 (Healing signet)

do you feel these are a good way of spending them? if not give your ideas.

Depends on the build, but those are good for most builds.

pvp i usualy drop signet and use all points in wepon and strength
