I followed all of the instructions on the GW main site and spent over 29$ between the timeframe needed on the PlayNC store instructions HERE:

How to Qualify
Spend a total of $29 USD (€26/£17) or more in the Guild Wars In-Game Store or purchase and activate >>any<< product worth $29 USD (€26/£17) through the PlayNC online store, between Noon Pacific Time July 5, 2007 and 11:59 PM Pacific Time October 31, 2007.
You can spend the required amount all at once, or over time; your purchases will be tracked and once you meet the requirement, you will qualify to receive the Bonus Mission Pack!
So I should be qualified but I am not. Why Not? I have met all of the requirements there. So I kept looking to see if I could find more and I found this little quote.
"The Bonus Mission Pack will release in November. This promotion is non-transferable and is limited to one per account. The Bonus Pack will only be available to the exact account that fulfills this promotion in the in-game store or the exact account on which a >>qualifying Guild Wars product<< is activated that has been purchased in the PlayNC store."
The only place is said that was on the support website which no one visits unless they have a problem, and I now have a problem.
Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't this deceptive marketing? I met the requirements stated on the front page where there was no fine print saying only buying 'guild wars' products would work. I am sort of PO'd. I'll remain calm as there is no need for me to fly off the handle, but I would like this situation rectified in all due haste. False frontline advertising is Illegal and Immoral.

All right, heres the deal, I read Any, and your print did say it as I highlighted earlier, and therefor I was deceived by your marketing method there.
Now sorry I used all caps to indicate extreme anger, but I am rather angry that this deceptive documentation caused me to loose out on this offer.
In the first part of your line you should not have wrote 'any' indicating ALL PlayNC products. Contractualy that makes your second part saying only Guild Wars products apply means you have negated your own first half of said documentation.
I'll try selling you a deal. Buy ANY car from the Ford car lot.
{Later Documentation Segment.}
Only applies when buying a Ford Jeep.
Therefor Any in all cases is an outright fabrication. I know this situation will rectify soon, be it buy me buying these mission packs at a later date or whatever but I must advise you PLEASE look closer at your document as a whole and the context in which your consumers will be reading it.
I would normaly not have written this save for the fact I really care enough about the Guild Wars story as a whole to invest alot of money into it, and feel sore thinking that I missed a chapter due to 'grey' documentation.

Hello,
Thanks for contacting us in regards to the Bonus Mission Pack.
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide this item if the requirements were not met within the specified promotional time frame. This promotion went on from July 5, 2007 and 11:59pm Pacific Time October 31, 2007. The $29 amount had to be purchased within the 3 month time frame from the PlayNC Store or the Guild Wars Store in order to be eligible for the Bonus Mission Pack. If you would like to go into specifics regarding your eligibility, please reply back with the following information:
-- What first and last name did you use when you created the account?
-- What physical address did you use when you created the account?
-- What date of birth did you use when you created the account?
-- What are all the retail access keys currently registered to your Guild Wars game account? (Please include the retail access keys from each campaign.)
-- What is the e-mail address currently associated with your Guild Wars game account? (If you are unsure, please provide all possible e-mail addresses.)
Thanks!

Hello Raymond,
Thank you for your update.
Unfortunately, in order to be eligible for the Bonus Mission Pack Promotion, you will need to have made Guild Wars purchases adding up to $29 or more from the Guild Wars Official Store online, or from the PlayNC Store online. Purchases from retailers do not count towards this promotion, nor do purchases of other products because this is a Guild Wars promotion and the item purchased must be applied to the Guild Wars account to be eligible. We apologize for any confusion you may have had regarding this issue.
Please let us know if you have any further questions.
Regards,
Guild Wars Account Support

Yeah, I have a question, What the hell?
You are avoiding the issue, I KNOW I didn't get it, but what I don't get is what is with this constant blow off of anyone who got deceaved by your front page.
I will let you know this, it is not right what you are doing blowing people off as such.
I KNOW that I am not eligable for it, but I did meet your front pages requirements and only found the small print after the 31st.
I am NOT however asking rather or not I qualified because I havn't what I am asking is, and I will write it in caps, I am not screaming at you either this is just to make the question stand out more then the rest of this.
WHAT WAS WITH THE DECEPTIVE FRONT PAGE AND THE LACK OF MAKE UP FOR YOUR MISTAKE WHICH DISQUALIFIED OVER 200 PEOPLE ALL AROUND BECAUSE THEY MISREAD YOUR DECEPTIVE JARGON.
Also I get what you said I really do, but in your 'Guild Wars' promotion, your front page said clearly "Any PlayNC" And sense your company is owned by PlayNC it should still qualify. Address the issue.
What are you people going too do to make amends to the people who where wronged by your shifty and deceptive front page?
And what was with taking down the PvP packs while the promotion was on also? you left litteraly nothing to buy in the in game store also.
Answer these questions thoughtfully please, as I will only carry them onwards tell I get a clear deffinate answer, Alot of people want answers and alot of people should get them.
Summed Up:
1: You wrote a deceptive page.
2: Alot of people including me lost out because of it.
3: You took down anything worth buying in the online store worth 29$ and alot of us already had all the campaigns.
4: What are you going to do to make amends to your alienated players?

Response (Beth) 11/16/2007 05:58 PM
Raymond,
Your support ticket has been escalated to me as a supervisor for the PlayNC & Guild Wars Account Support Team. Because the Guild Wars Bonus Mission Pack promotion was a promotion for Guild Wars specifically, we felt the advertisement did not need to specify that the items purchased had to be Guild Wars related, as it was an implied requirement. However, I do understand your perspective of the wording, and apologize for any frustration or inconvenience it may have caused. I assure you we will do our best to be more specific in future promotional advertisements and notifications.
If you were unable to purchase one of the Item or PvP Edition Packs before they were removed from the in-game store and did not need to purchase any of the campaigns or the Eye of the North expansion, the option to purchase additional character slots in order to qualify for the promotion was still available. I apologize if the removal of the Item & PvP Edition Packs was inconvenient for your needs, but the decision to do so was made with the intention of providing new and better item, skill and PvP packs in the near future.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any form of compensation for this issue. I sincerely apologize for any frustration or inconvenience this may cause, but this is our final decision regarding that request.
Kind Regards,
Beth - PlayNC & Guild Wars Account Support

I don't know what else to do, I have 70 some hours left to respond, but I'm stumped idea wise on how to get them to see that the problem is more global then just me feeling jipped.
I guess at least the staff are having issues and people are getting there problems told to the top I guess.
Any advice would be hot.
