How do you post skills/bars on guru?

I've been on guru for a while, but feel like posting a build, how do people post skills and bars where you can hover over them and read the skill?

Just remember if you spell the skill wrong or forget to capitalize it the skill will not show correctly.
If you list the skills wrong then click the edit button to fix it.
So many times people post their skill bar and 1 or 2 skills do not list properly and they never fix them.
