farming build question

hello im trying to use the build in here:

i have every skill there but Feigned Neutrality because i dont have nightfall,
and for most bosses you need Feigned Neutrality. Is there anyway to use another skill?

Take shadow refugee/restful breeze (doubt it)

Alot of farming builds say take feigned just so you can heal up AFTER wards, due to Shadow form (I think this is the build) taking out all your hp. Shadow Refugee works even better I think with 16 shadow arts >.>

Or they tell you to attack, then Used feigned while your aoe kills >.>

In which case >.>.........kinetic armor?

it seems that the videos all use that skill that i cant get
EDIT: i noticed there is a farming section, can a mod move it there?

lets just put it this way... u dont need feigned neutrality
the only time they use it, is when their shadow form is down and they need to heal up between mobs
u can just use shadow refuge or just stand there and wait

@ensoriki - he cant use restful breeze... its a monk skill
