Visit the Farming section.

Look around here, there are plenty of builds. There's even a thread for it at the top (although most of those builds suck.)

Tormented.

Umm.. i chose male. No point asking which we like in order to help you choose.. its your opinion that matters.

Do you have GW:EN? If yes, vanguard and dwarven. If no, Vabbian definately.

Hello there

I enjoy playing Dervish very much. Here is a little info that you asked for.

A Dervish is the closest thing I see to a real Meleemancer. Meaning that even though you are doing alot of Melee combat, you are casting alot of spells, in this case, Enchantments.

A Dervish's weapon is exceptionally powerful, with both the lowest and highest damage for a melee weapon

A Dervish's weapon is also exceptionally powerfull as it may hit your target and two adjacent targets, resuling in some massive dps.

See Above statement. This also means that whatever applied to your scythe, will also hit 3 times. Meaning Zelous will give +3 energy under the best circomstance or +15 Armor Ignoring Life stealing damage resuling in +15 health in one swing

Under circomstances where there are no enchantment removals, your dervish can have up to 70AR +(5AR x4) = 90AR, which can almost match that of a Warrior.

Your Dervish will most likely have 9+ Health Regeneration

Your Dervish will benefit from enchantments ending on himself, no matter who cast it.

As far as Farming, unfortunatly there's mostly only one option. The 130hp dervish, which takes advantage of a Monk secondary to reduce the amount of health done to him while massively regenerating his health and stacking mobs up in a tight ball.

I prefer Female Dervishes but both look good. The Female Dervish can look the most elegant of all character classes (stated by various people) in a set of Vabbian armor and a Dervish dude can look powerful in just about anything he chooses, although there are some preatty bad sets of armor out there.

As for scythes, I really feel like ANet had no orginality at all. If your bringing up a dervish and your in Nightfall, you will see sunspear scythes way too often.

I find the Tormented Scythe http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Tormented_Scythe

and the Clockwork Scythe http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Clockwork_Scythe

To be the nicer scythes

There are plenty of farming builds, and 130hp happens to be one of the worst for making money.

the 130 build is a joke, dont waste your money on the runes.
