with the trial how do i ab?

you need to either be in a guild or have access to a guild hall that has allied with either the Kurzicks or the Luxons, then you talk to the NPC in the hall to be taken to the AB town.

I presume you have a trial of Factions as it is only in this campaign that you can take part in AB.

You need to be in a Guild that is allied with either the Luxons or the Kurzicks.

Then you can then travel to the Guild's Hall and speak to the Alliance Battle representative. Alternatively you may be able get access from the Great Temple of Balthazar.
