This is my build, not the most effective build but does work rather well.

2 Tactics (remainder of unused points just to bost Lions Comfort a bit)
Used correctly this build will allow you 6 interupts in every 8 seconds, applying cracked armor and deepwound.
In pvp this build will be brutal vs most casters and a few other classes that are unprepared for so many interupts so quickly.
In pve I swaped the res signet for "I am the Strongest!", with max norn title this gives me +20dmg for 8 attacks, though you could run signet of strength for +5 on 16 attacks.
While you will never see this build owning foes in high end GvG, it is something different and fun using a skill that rarely sees any action.
