Where's the best place to farm norn points? I tried varajar, but it seemed like too little points for the amount of time it took to clear it. Any other good farming spots?

Get 8 people.

Do the quest that gets you air of superiority over and over. (Finish the quest, abandon, get again, finish..etc.)
Next try hard mode!

Or you could play the game, turn in a Hero's Handbook and Master Dungeon Guide and skip the whole farming thing. Just a thought.

Already posted somewhere on here. Do Hard Mode storyline quests, just need to do three to get 3k points (also counts after 80k). I do A time for Heroes, Nornbear and G.O.L.E.M within 30 minutes easily.

Edit: With a hard mode hero's handbook.

Yup, hero book exchange is less boring that farming points.
I maxed Assura and Vanguard with my Mesmer just handing in books.
Dwarf points was maxed at snowman cave during the weekend event and now working on norn and I'm at 109k.

Edit: With a hard mode hero's handbook. You should write a guide for that. A time of heroes? Isn't that the end one that's kinda tough?

It can be tough if you're not prepared. I h/h it with curses nec, rit (pretty much using the same build as Sabs rit on his triple nec) and a hero monk with restore conditions.

I personally take breath of the great dwarf (dwarven pve skill that relieves burning and heals) and Alkars alchemical Acid. Earth hench, two monk hench and interrupt hench.

Flag h/h on the solid ground before lava and take out the first destroyer of life, then take out the one on the right with my heroes still flagged, the monks will keep you alive. By that time at least one of the two destroyers that accompany the greater destroyer will wander over, kill him, again keeping h/h flagged on solid ground.

Kill the third destroyer of life in your path to the great destroyer and the second destroyer with him will come to you. Lure him back into monk healing range and deal with him.

Sit on solid ground to regen and then unflag and run at the great destroyer. The hench interrupter is actually pretty good. Keep hitting breath of the great dwarf and acid whenever it recharges and using your normal attacks.

Equip your nec and rit/nec with death pact signet so they can bring anyone who drops back up. The great destroyer falls pretty quickly.
