eternal blade comes from the UW (FoW?) area clearing chest or something like that...is it inscriable? and is it gold or purple?

I've seen this item in game. User had a perfect R9 one and intended to sell for 800 ecto. Assuming that ones not inscribable i'd say its about worthless. Item can be viewed on wiki so look it up it you wanna see it.
