i finished the quest required to unlock the elite armor crafter in the command post but he hasn't shown, neither have the other ones that that should have unlocked. what's going on?

Don't they normally only appear after you have beaten abbadons gate? My guess

Which quest did you complete? You have to complete "Building the Base: Prisoners of War"

are you talking about in town, or in the mini explorable just to the north of the town? because after you have done the corresponding quest they should spawn in the explorable just to the north.

I was under the impression that you you had to be a NF native to get Elite armour crafted in Command post, or at least have a NF native with you...

Has this been changed in an update? Only ever got 1 set of NF elite, about a year ago. If it hasn't been changed, this could be why the crafter isn't showing up for you...

No, it has always been like this. Anyone is allowed to craft the armor aslong as you finish the quest mentioned above by Shadowfox and zone into the Command Post (Explorable) not the outpost.
