Max (+12 energy) blue inscribable req 8 offhands can go for between 5-10k depending on the attribute line.

Domination Magic is popular amongst mesmer, but there's nothing 'majestic' about the focus... Looks more like a baby's rattle imo...

Start at 5k and see how it goes from there.
