Capping skills

Hi , ive been playing this game for 16 days now and i gotta say i love this game .
After i reached 50% of the explored lands (I only got factions btw) i got interested in PvP . Now , i do suck in pvp coz my build isnt good and my armor either , but , i have found a way to be better. One way is to unlock the elite skills . So I unlocked a few but now I dont know to get then. I 've seen alot people talking about capping skilss from a boss. But can somebody please explain me how to do that??

When you unlock skills, they can only be used on PVP Chars. you have to make one of these, they are level 20 and cannot be used in PVE.

To cap an Elite skill you need to buy a capture signet from one of the skill trainers around the area.
then you equip it on your skill bar, when u go out into an explorable area, there may be a boss in the area, when you kill him you the capture signet and choose the elite skill, the elite skill will have a gold box around it.
the boss must be the same proffesion as you, of you must have the same secondry proffesion as the boss

But skill trainers are that the people with [Skills] ?, coz i cant seem to find it there

Capping skills can only be done in PvE with a PvE character. Have you reached Kaineng City yet in your explorations? If so, I'm sure you've picked up a lot of new quests from that area. One of those new quests involves recovering a magical tome from the Am Fah which can be used to generate cap signets. Finish that quest and you'll be given a Signet of Capture for your skill bar and a new quest that involves simply capping a skill. The quest giver will explain the details.

Once you discover the joy of capping elites, you can use wiki to find where all the Elites are that you want to cap.

First, you will most likely always suck at PvP until you get Tyria and Elona so you can get the skills, and second don't use your PvE tood in PvP if it doesn't have max armor...just create a PvP only character for that. Glad you like GW..it has lasted me for over a year so not too much of a cost to buy all 3 of the campaigns playing over a year for "free"
