I'm at work now and I think I have a pic at home but during the first weekend when the Deep and Urgoz were open to the public, I was in the deep and Kanaxi dropped his sword and axe to me in one run and then the sword in the next run.

Turned out to be 13% while enchanted, req 11, non inscr of course... That was before Factions even came out, possibly Sorrow's Furnace as well... And yeah, in those days you got "rare" instead of gold writing :P
