couldnt find the Ghostly in the rare weapons thread. Dont have any guess, especially with the Illusion skill recharge and req 8...

Req 8 Air Magic
Halves Casting Time 10%
Halves Skill Recharge of Illusion Spells 19%
Armor +5
Enchantments +19%
