yes it has no inscriptions and thats why its tyrian .

There's a diffirence between Tyrian Serpent Axes & Canthan Serpent Axes.
Assuming they are both R12, probably;

Both high req and not dmg mods not really wanted.

I might be way off, but judging from your reply you probably got it somewhere in Cantha in HM, and thus make them Canthan Serpent Axes.
If you indeed got them from HoH while it still dropped "tyrian" weapons you should have sold them long, long ago.
