I don't know how valid that is, but you could probably name your price.

I did have one in the High End going for 500k, but in comes this guy saying that a more "realistic" offer was 200k...which doesn't sound right to me. Guildies and alliance members have seen them sold for around 500k-600k, and I personally around 750k, so I'm just checking.
