dust trap update question

so dust trap now does a only 22 damage, (which basically makes it worthless) but i know it used to do way more, when did this update occur? and where can i find information about past updates?

and dust trap is still 22 armor ignoring damage every second for 5 seconds ..
so if you're able to hold the target it does 110 dmg
