Pc +10-2 req9 emblazoned and outcast shield

identified these 2 shields minutes ago. truly no clue



outcast is perfect to tank few dungeons i guess. bloodstone fen and darkrime delves comes to mind ^^
might use it but knowing something about the value would be nice
