IF you don't know how to beat Melandru, bring hexes that cause misses, because she is immune to conditions. Savvy?

Ward of melee for capping on your derv.. why!? If you've capped EDA, use that to shut 'em down.
If not, get wards / b-sruge on an ele, anti-melee hexes on a necro etc.

Why do you use AoG in PvE?

I only have about 3 elte:AOG,AOB,and Pious Renewal I should proably change my elite to Pious Renewal.

What's the point in posting builds when you only have 3 elites?
Firstly, you haven't had much experience with a variety of elites, and therefore think skills such as AoG are good, because you haven't used anything better.
Secondly, if we advise you to use another elite, you most likely don't even have it. I doubt you'd have all (or most) of normal Dervish skills unlocked either.
