I personally dislike this nerf too.
EW is a unique skill. It allows for builds that would not be possible without it. It allows to think outside the box and come up new different build ideas.

This was a nerf to creativity imo.

i just started rangers got to 20 and i can pretty much kill necros, eles and mesmers as a noob only with interrupts, dont think they are too weak
