PC on shield with armor+10 vs demons

Hey there, I was helping a guild mate doing a quest and I found a shield with this details:

Tower Shield (gold NOT inscriptable)
Armor 14 req7 Str
HP 57 while hexed
Armor +10 vs Demons

And I know is not max armor, but it has -2 armor but +10 vs demons, so might be useful for some specific situations (where we get hexed aswell lol)

So not sure if this thing worths anything at all or if sell to merchant
