Odd error in GW Store. What am I doing wrong?

When I attempt to purchase something, I keep getting a "product distribution error" and it will not complete the transaction.

since everyone and there mother is/was/are going to be trying to buy items in the next few hours the server got flooded and we killed it. Resulting in the White Mantle taking the opportunity to finally gain PvP skills so they can finally stop running IWAY all the time, they are now all Echo Mending Stance tanks.
But yes the server did get killed from the onslaught of people (this has happened before)

I can't speak for Anet but they will most likely fix this by Noon PST tomorrow, I am guessing much earlier though.

Heh, that lag burst caught me in the middle of some 330 farming and the Naga Archers got me when I lagged too long to cast Protective Spirit before it wore off

does anyone have any idea as to whether the charge went through? It sounds like you bought it and then it wasn't able to add the items to your account. That would kind of suck. I'm guessing that if you bought it once and can't buy it again then future attempts would fail (if you didn't know if the purchase went through or not).

Just tried it at 10:00am UK time before finding this thread and got the same error ; I clicked it a few times so my credit card may get hit now if they all go through thankfully not a lot of money like the old packs.
Don't understand the EotN skill pack - aren't all these available in the first outpost you come to or is it for players without EotN? They don't include the PVE only ones either.

you know... a server overload really isn't a "kink" that can be worked out, that's a result of people not using logic.

Ok, I just got off the phone with the NCsoft support guy. From what he is seeing on the tickets and the status of the GW ingame store issues is that it is a problem on their end and the Dev team is working on it. I asked if NCsoft had changed anything with regards to CC's and who they accept and dont (we had this problem in CoH/V when NCsoft stopped taking MC for new content from the NCsoft store) and he said there has been no change and for whatever reason the fraud mechanisms are kicking in on their side and they are working on the issue. This code-1751126 is the fraud code kicking in and thats what kills the transaction. I had him look and the sale is not going thru so at least we are not getting charged for failed attempts
