Question To long to fit here i think

Hmmm im wondering.
Im getting reward point armor im wondering if im wearing the armor i got by reward points and load another equipment template will the armor go away?

Templates will not delete items, they will change for items you have on your char.

The items are in your inventory, nothing is being actually removed, just switched around.
