I did a UW run with a former guild-mate and I got 6 ectos, he got didly. 2 ectos from one four-Smite mob. Normal mode.

I win. But it was 50/50.

I got an ecto from a Banshee in The Wailing Lord today.

onelast thing never took screens but we cleared uw the other night 45 ectos without chest 20 golds i got 8 ectos alone this was nm!!!! also was 6 man

so alot of us got 8 ecto but after some gave up other one guy never been to uw got a total 1 ecto another guy got zero ecto other then chest

I doubt I'll ever see that happen. Not likely, but cool that you witnessed it.

My friend and I have been playing this for a few months. He's had tons of dyes including 3 black, 1 white and in the last few days, about 12 purple and 6 gold items. He's extracted 20 runes and made about 6 plat.

One particular session, I'd say one out of 20 drops was for me--and none magical--except at the very end and that had a rune worth 25 gold.

We've been arguing over the idea of "random"...I don't know how random it can be if the items are assigned.

Anyone has that problem? I'd really like to enjoy the game but it I'd like it to at least make an attempt at being fair. After all isn't being "fair" the reason for "assigning"?

Did you notice the date of this thread? Yes, it's from 2007.

If you are not enjoying this game because you feel that it is not fair, well then you just need to uninstall now. There is no fair, there is only luck.

Life isn't fair, get use to it now.
