Obsidian Behemoths

Hi, me and a friend recently started dual farming UW with a 600 Monk and smiter. We have been having a lot of troble with obsidian behemoths, though NR can be a pain, our main problem is actually killing them. All they do is sit there and lay traps and rarely attack and when they do they just healing spring themselves back to full health. We've tried using the same tactic as fighting the mesmers and coldfires, but the behemoths just will not die.

Any advice?

the smiter has to dropp 2 enchants - life att. and retribution are the best choice for dropping - then you both have to attack them with any ranged weapon.
Attack 2 different behemoths and make sure u interrupt their healing spring.
Try to kill the outer ones first

i agree with dopefish: the smiter is going to need to drop two bonds. however, i've found one thing out while farming the UW with 55 SV: you need a wand. spirit of the forgotten / totem axe / rajazan's won't suffice. they won't attack you if they are inside your aggro bubble. and you positively must interrupt at least one of the healing springs. as was said above, focus on two different ones, so as to decrease the chance they'll get one off.

as 600 all i do is have bonder stay out of nr's range and i wand 1 at a time interupting sping while they attack me. Also drop blessed off yourself
