-20 hp item

I really dont know where to find it. I might just be a bad searcher or something but i couldnt find it on the forums (im sure it has been asked about before)

If anyone can help me search or tell me where it is, i will be much obliged.

if u mean offhand, then -20 hp item is a drop

There's one as pre quest reward too. Not sure which quest as I ge out of pre as fast as possible.

Yeah i had one on my mesmer before i deleted him. I am 90% sure i got it from pre.

The ones from drops are significantly better than the pre-searing quest reward because they can have max energy.

The one i found is nice. It's purple, and i'm pretty sure all -20 mods are also included with a +4 armor mod.

Mine's max healing ahkn, req8 with -20hp and 4 armor. Found it from a smite.

Actually, some of the rare offhands have +5 armor -20 hp. It can also be -5 energy instead, or while enchanted/hexed.

i have a req. 11 idol(+12) with +5 armor and -20 hp

Heh, I farm with a -50, a -20, and a +45 (enchanted). If I run into trouble and DP racks up, it's easy to get my HP up to a comfortable level until I work off the DP. Man, there's nothing like having 20 health max though. Nothing in the world like it...
