Is there a list anywhere that shows what norn faction reward you get for doing Norn-given quests?

I'm coming up to 22k on farming alone, and I need to know, because if it's around 4k I can stop farming now.

I've already done Curse of the Nornbear.

I did those quests for the Norn and I got about 8-10k faction (I can't quite remember.) You have more than enough right now.

There's always farming books, 3 quests done (not even a half hour) = 2k in NM
