Ok i read the description of the core skills pack for all the games. Thought that sounds cool and bought it.
I could be wrong here, but the impression i got from the description was this...
...once you buy it that, any new pve character you create will get access to all non-elite skills from any skill trader (even early on ingame), and that your heroes will unlock all normal and elite skills.
Am I wrong? because my new mesma still has the standard limited selection of skills in Kanang and my heroes dont have all their skills!
What exactly did i buy?
