I can't change my password!!!!

I tried changing my password and signed up on PlanyNC and then once I want to add my GW account it says it's an invalid serial number...can anyone help?"???? also it says my 25 digit key on all 4 games is invalid.

Anet and PlayNC's account management is a f*#$ing joke, dont get your hopes up of changing your password, ive been trying for over 2 months. Support is also a joke, they redirected me to the PlayNC site, which is where the problems started in the first place.

keep contacting support. Try emailing [email protected] tell them the problem and be patient

i had a two week long conversation with support, all they did was send me back to plaync....so support is useless
