Elite Form. While in this form, whenever your attack hits it causes Weakness for 1..3 seconds, whenever your attack is blocked it causes Daze for 1..3 seconds, and whenever your attack is dodged it causes Cracked Armor for 1..3 seconds. This skill is disabled for 120 seconds.

I still think Kormir has no business being canon as a 6th god, but nonetheless it seems that's the way Anet's decided to go with it. Personally I think +armor or anti-condition concepts aren't distinct enough from Balthy and Melandru, so:
Damnit you beat me to it. My idea's pretty similar:
Everytime you attack or use a skill you become Blinded for 10 seconds. When blinded, you deal ??% more damage.
My first impulse was 100% more but that could be more overpowered than I imagine.
YES, although she'd have to come with a mob that does all the work for her while she sits on her ass.

For 45 seconds you transform into the Avatar of Kormir. While you are in this form you are Blinded, this cannot be removed or transferred. You have +10 armor and -1 energy regeneration. While this form is in effect all allies in the area gain the shout "For Kormir!" that gives +1 health regeneration and gain +5 energy every 10 seconds, this cannot be stacked. When this skill ends it is disabled for 120 seconds.
Margonite of Abbadon

For 45 seconds you transform into a Margonite of Abbadon. While you in this form you are hexed with Spirit Shackles, this cannot be removed or transferred. You have -10 armor and gain 5 energy every 5 seconds. While you are in this form all enemies are affected by "Abbadon's Aura" in the area and have -1 health regeneration, this cannot be stacked. When this skill ends it is disabled for 120 seconds.

Take the form of the Goddess of Truth. For 50..74 you do not attack, but instead run around pointlessly and get in the way of everyone else in your party. You are also blinded, but this doens't matter, because you are essentially useless.
That would be more accurate imo...
It would have to be Avatar of Abbadon, Kormir does not become a god until the end of the Nightfall campaign. My suggestion:

for 60-80 seconds you are under that avatar of kormir you do nothing at all but follow your group and jabber on about we never fight alone LOL. seems whenever she was with us we would be fighting alone while she stands their barking orders. just like rurik I would never truly want them to fight with me I would love to slap them around till they listen.

abbaddon seems just a tad overpowered on your idea iriyabran. :P
the e and hp gain seems rather interesting. We have something that cancels hexes, and something that forgets conditions why not extend enchantments to the rest of the party?
