Can some one give me a build for a paragon that can auctually beat the tournament, ive been trying and trying. Any ideas would be good

All I can think of is trying the generic Any/Rt build for it.

A guild mate pinged his build after beating it, I wish I would have saved it. All I remember from his bar was grenths balance and "You move like a dwarf!" I would start there.
