Damage +14% (While Enchanted)

Green Item:
Vanahk's Staff
Energy +10
Dark Dmg: 11-22 (Requires 9 Blood Magic)
Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance: 20%)
Halves casting time of Blood Magic spells (Chance: 20%)
Halves casting time of Blood Magic spells (Chance: 20%)
Health +30
