Cobalt Staff Location

Hello all. I am attempting to hunt down a cobalt staff for my elementalist fiancee. One of the wikis says it drops from Darkrime Delves, the other says Darkrime Delves and Dragrimmar. Dragrimmar is by far the easier and shorter of the two, so it would be awesome if it really did drop there.

So my question is, does anyone know for certain that Cobalt staves drop in the Sepulcre of Dragrimmar?

Right, and I mentioned that wiki entry in my OP. The wikis disagree on whether or not Dragrimmar drops it, so I was hoping for an independent verification from a member of the community. If not, when I get home I will be trying to get one from Dragrimmar anyway, and will update the wikis myself if I do find one.

You have to keep two things in mind here. One is that neither wiki says that it doesn't drop anywhere else. Secondly, the wikis are written by ordinary players, they are not the "official" info.

So, basically, people are reporting where the item can be found, not the absolute answer as to the only places it can be found.
