I'm just starting out with monking and need some tips! Like if you have a good post-nerf build I can have or tips on good healing combos. I'm am trying to find a build set that keeps my team alive without to much energy pressure on me.

Depending on what campaign you have:
Prophecies - do not bother using healing breeze once you get your first elite. By then, you won't use it much (too much energy for its use). Word of Healing may be your best healing spell.
Factions - again don't use healing breeze when you get your first elite. I like Blessed Light, but to each their own
Nightfall - again, don't use healing breeze when you get your first elite. Zealous Benediction if you are Protection, Word of Healing, or Light of Deliverance or something in the Divine Favor line.
Sadly, other new players may be in your PUG, so keeping healing going requires a lot of practice and patience. Protection is a good mitigator and helps healers heal better (as protection reduces damage by a lot).
Look at builds in the builds thread, even with some nerfs, they should get you going to become a good healer.
