Video card trouble

I'm having a problem with guildwars that whenever I try to enter the "finding the bloodstone" dungeon, it loads, then I have to use ctrl-alt-del to find out that it gave me a popup telling me I have a graphics card issue. This is the only area I've found that does this to me. I use the -dx8 command line thing, and I've tried every piece of advice I've found on this forum. Short of buying a new graphic card, is there anything else I can do?

-noshaders doesn't work either?

I haven't done that, but I need -dx8 to load most nightfall areas, and for some reason my computer only recognizes the first command

are you using an old intel GMA? actually, all intel GMAs do not use the -noshaders command properly, since the command turns off hardware shader functions and... intel GMA emulates that function in software, which means there's nothing to turn off.

if you are using an old intel GMA, you are mostly out of luck. you can however, use a program called 3Danalyzer to force the game to run. the results won't be pretty, but you'll be able to get something at least.

How bad is it? As long As I can recognize names and distinguishe monsters and stuff from the surroundings, that should work for me.

Sorry for the double post, but I got 3danalyzer, and I can't find what options to check. The picture that showed which ones in the guide from this forum is gone, and I can't find the right options anywhere else.
