PlayNC Store Code Purchase Limits

I'm not sure whether this is in the correct section or not, but please move it if it isn't. ^^;

I have recently purchased a GWEN key from the PlayNC store (not the ingame one), but now I have to wait (something about preventing fraudulency) to purchase the Nightfall key I was hoping to get the discount on. My question is, how long is this wait? It's been about a day now, so...

That's my problem, the fraud part, i have used the ingame store a lot.

I'm checking if support replied yet after the weekend. *sigh* I want those skill packs.

Edit: Nothing yet -.- after about 4 days. It never said anything about limits for me though, i just got that idea when i looked at the other already answered support questions on plaync.com

Actually, i guess my problem is different from yours, your going through plaync.com, but i'm trying the GW online store.
