r9 Str GoTh and r9 Tac. GoTh

As the title says I need a pc for both of these...and yes they are both inscriable.

strength ~90-100k
tactics ~70-80k

both are around 80-90k....i dont see that high difference between str and tact version since a bunch ppl like tactic more than strengh

I paid 80k for one in LA fully mod'd
