how do you know its inscribeable if its unid? ~15k

because I got it out of a GWEN chest. All items from those chests are inscribable.

they have to come with an inscrip
i got a req 8 colossal... has no inscrip=its worth less than nothing. you need to id it first. and theres no point to not doing it.
