I found this Gothic Dual Axe and it took me some time to absorb the information because i have NEVER seen one like this before. I dont want to post the picture because it will have to host it and etc etc.
There you go.
Zealous Gothic Dual Axe
Slashing Damage: 6-28 (Requires 9 Axe Mastery)
Damage+15%
Health regeneration -1
Energy gain on hit: 1
Energy regeneration -1
Uninscribable.
As you can see, the "inscription" is the 15%dmg -1hp, but i find it weird because, like i said before, i have never seen it before.
I hope you guys could give me and idea of how much it would go for.
