Xunlai rewards for October tournament

I was wondering if anyone had been able to claim their October Tournament rewards points so far.

I did receive my 75 points for the September tournament but nothing so far for the month of October. I am pretty certain I must have receive close to 75 tournament reward points but when I talk to the tournament NPC he says I have no rewards to redeem.

Not a big deal really, but I would have liked to receive my 5 Golden Flames of Balthazar. Stored faction is always handy.
