BMP release date confirmed!

Yep, never saw this one coming, ah well, better... at the last minute than late eh?

What a shocker! They sure showed all the naysayers!

Lol, why did they even bother saying "Some time in Novemeber" and getting everyone hot and bothered with the wait. They should have just said "end of november" then no one would have been antsy all month, and we wouldn't all not be surprised that they release it one the last possible day. Not happy, so they'd better be good to make the wait worth it.

And because of timezones some people may be getting it on the 30th. But if you released on the 30th in your timezone, unless you release really early in the morning, some people wouldn't get it till its December in their timezone

All major releases have been on fridays, am I correct? Therefore, it had to be the last friday of the month. I assumed so, anyway.

too bad, the excitement is gone, and I will not have time to play during that particular time .................. GAHHHHHHHHH

Well at least it's coming out. Be interesting to see if all the hipe has been worth it or not.

1.) Will it be just a history of the battles and us playing as the Hero of the day ?

2.) Will there be any new items being added that we might be able to get ? This I'm doubting since we are being forced to play the Hero and not with our own characters.

3.) Exactly how much content will we be getting and will it be geared toward elite players or will the casual player get to enjoy it as well ?

All these and more questions yet un-answered.

I don't get what's funny about the release date, most people expected it to be near the end anyway.

It seems just like them to release it at the latest time possible.

Well, i'm sure they could be fixing out the kinks, i don't want a buggy BMP. *knock on wood*

I assumed this weekend, since they haven't announced a weekend event yet. Tacky to release it near Thanksgiving, but at least its a realistic time. Nov 29th is a joke.

agreed, this FIVE DAY WEEKEND for me would'a been the perfect time, and not just for me, i mean alot of ppl

but whatever, as long as it rocks hard and there are some cool new weapons/rewards and good, solid content, I'd be willing to wait till wintersday

btw, what is expected in terms of rewards or finishing credit for the BMP?
seriously, if its something trivial, uninventive, or class-discriminatory, im going to go ape wild here

You know, they could've given this release date instead of saying "sometime in November." It would've gone over so much better, I think. Well, despite being no surprise what-so-ever, it's good to know.

What's the date of the first large update fixing bugs in the BMP?

I dont think i will hurry and jump on to play it. I am not gonna overhype this like how they overhyped a certain expansion.

Looking forward to it! Not terribly hyped about it, though, since I had to give up the GW:EN box set for it.
