Item bar suggestion

Hey guys whats up? i just wanted to make a suggestion. i would like to see a small item bar added maybe with like 4 slots to hold things like scrolls, sweets, alchohol, and stuff. i just think it would be quicker that way instead of having to open your inventory to use these items. sorry if this has been suggested before.

Such items are not used often enough to need a quickslot.

But I won't disagree to let them use weapon quickslots.

You drag the item to the slot, and can use it by hitting F1..F4.
