To farm glacial stone with my derv i have created this build, who is faster than 55 or toucher and allow you to kill all the vaettir in about 4 min.

Armor: windwalker; brawler; sentry; blessed; the important is that it give +10 armor


Attributes:
Scythe mastery:12+1+3
earth prayers:8+1
Mysticism:10+1

Weapon: zealous scythe of enchantig 15^enchantment

Skill:
Radiant scythe
Eremite's attack
Mistic sweep
Victorius sweep
Vow of silence
Conviction
Pious haste
Baltazar's spirit

Usage

Exit from sifhalla and run to vaettir's domain with pious haste.
There aggro them in group of 3.
Keep active conviction and vos and spam attacks.
when you kill al the vaettir zone in bjora marches and restart.
very easy and very fast

i'm considering an hm build. if anyone with both asuran and norn title will test it contact me in game.

looks good, perhaps post the code? Also, consider Avatar of Lyssa and The sunspear PvE skill, means you can loose hexes and keep it up forever.

VoS is for protection from Clumsiness. Lyssa wouldn't work very well.

Armor insignias doesnt matter... I do it all the time with radiants using this build:

I can aggro up to 6 vaettirs and it's better overall for surviving as your healing is not limited to victorious sweep

And willy.. Dwayna is the avatar that removes hexes whenever you use a skill [skill]Avatar of Dwayna[/skill]

why aggro 6 if u can only kill 3 at time?
the build you post is certainly more safety than mine, but it's slowly and with only victorious you can tank 5 vaettir(with norn title at 3 ).

And I think my method is faster 'cause you can kill more at a time

i think you forget that in HM there are 60 of those there instead of the ~15 in NM, good luck trying to only aggro 3 (im not saying it cant be done but i havnt tried it and it wold be really slow). If you want HM the 8min run by the ele can mass aggro nicely there. But getting a build for the derv to work there would be a nice challenge, gl and let us know how it goes.

Where did he say this build was for HM? Also, the vaettirs come in groups of 5 or 6, so aggroing 3 wouldn't work.

Mmm errr. Yeah i posted that ele build hehehe, but i wanna talk about derv tooo (i still got one in no time).

I tried with E/D with the same build as ele but using asterius scythe (for the zealous + 20% enchants mainly) and aggro them in groups of... I dunno how much, but in HM.

I used farmer scythe as said above and radiant scythe (well i got 3 o 4 enchants on me hehe) but... it was painfully slowly. Yeah, it was fun to use the scythe but.... sloooooow as turtle moving.

Maybe you do it as a dervish faster, but i dislike the Vow of Silence counterpart... its a very good skill but... how do you use that in HM? they will fry you using degen in the recast time (i think).... I only used VoS for running, not static plans hehehe.

Mmmm or this will be for NM... but there are near 20 vaettir, and 60 in HM. Just probability of drop hehehe.

Um... with a 20% enchants mod VoS lasts for 12 seconds at 14 Myst. That means that you have 2 seconds to cast it. 1 sec cast time still leaves you with 1 second of overlap. So you should be able to keep it up permanently. Then they can't cast on you (so no degen) and you can slash them to itty bitty pieces.

(of course, you have to be the sort of person who doesn't mind using more than 1 superior rune >.>)

Nice, but how much does 1 glacial stone sell for now? And how many do you average per run?

Just wanna know if it's worth it
