Vanquishing Builds needed

Dear folks looking here

I am going to vanquish some regions, nf and prophecies mainly i think, and we were wondering if anyone knew good builds for us.
I am a barragerranger(mainly use splinter, sometimes kurzickshot and nightmare weapon too). I'm real bad in making up builds so I always pick 'm from wiki, hope those ain't too bad.

We were wondering wich heroes we could take best.

-At last, would a combination of a 2 spirit spammers and one of them being spirit support too, or would this just suck?

What heroes should we take more according to a party of 8members?
Really need some good monk, aswell heal, as prot, and some spike builds. My ranger could tank, or we could take a real tanker.

Please give your opinion about my ideas, post all your ideas or maybe a complete teambuild. All tips are welcome!!!
